Add new lead
There are two ways to add leads.It can be added manually or in case of larger data set - imported from csv.
1. Create
- User Name
- Title (Mr,Ms,Mrs)
- First Name
- Last Name
- Birth Date (Select Date/Time)
- Adress 1
- Adress 2
- City
- Zip Code
- Country
- Phone Country Code
- Phone Number
- Phone Number Alternate
- Business Unit (English,Vietnamese,Italian,Arabic,Russian)
- Preffered Language
- Preferred Contact Time (Morning,Afternoon,Evening)
- Subscribed to receive Newsletters? - When marked, user will receive newsletters
- Is Archived? - When marked, is archived
2. Import
- Import requires specific coloumn-data.
- Download the sample file using the button below.
To start importing, press the Import button below. You will be prompted to select a file from your local file-system.
3. Export
To export data to csv file:
- Select filters
- Click on export button
To export ALL data, do not select any filters.
4. Tools
- Schedule Call
- Re-Assign
- Block / Un-Block
- Archive / Un-Archive
- Send SMS
Schedule Call
In CRM there is a possibility to set Call Schedule. Filter and Select leads that you want to set call schedule for, then click on Schedule Call option.
Schedule Call [Filtered]:
- Owner
- Due Date
- Subject
- Priority
- Status
Re-Assign
Block/Un-Block
Update block-status.
Block-Status [Filtered]:
- Block status (Blocked or Un-Blocked)
- Include Trading Accounts
Archive/Un-Archive
Send SMS
Filters
There are three groups of Leads Filters in CRM. They are divided according to the type of filtered information.
1. Main
Main Group allowes user to filter by:
- User ID
- Domain
- User Name(email)
- Phone
- Business Unit*
- Pool*
- Full Name
- Company Name
- Agent
- Webiste status (Online/Offline)
- Country
- Preferred Language
- Prefereed Contact Time
- Ceation Date etc.
User ID - filter by user ID
Phone - filter by phone number
Webiste Online - filter whether the website is online
Company Name - filter by company name
Preffered Language - filter by User Prefered Language
Is Archived? - filter by whether it is archived or not
Completed Registration - filter by after registration is completed.
Domain - if you are using more than 1 domain in crm, you can use this filter to get Leads that belongs to specyfic domain.
Business unit - the foundation of the structure of the CRM. Each user has to be assigned to business unit Every Business Unit is defined by the domain and language in which communication between CRM employees and clients is carried out.
Pool - Office/Team that serves specific clients. Pools are defined by Name, Language and Trading Platform Groups that they manage.
2.Trading Account
Trading Account Group allowes user to filter by:
- Registration type
- Trading server
- Trading Platform Login
- Social Trading (True/False)
- Trading Account Balance
- Trading Platform Group ID
- Converted Date Range
Registration type - filter by registration type
Trading server - filter by trading server
Trading Platform Login - filter by trading platform login
Social Trading (True/False) - filter by social trading
Trading Account Balance - filter by trading account balance
Trading Platform Group Id - filter by trading platform group id
Converted Date Range - filter by converted data range
3.Marketing info
Marketing info group allowes user to filter by:
- Campaign,
- Refferer,
- Owner Refferer,
- AD data*,
- Comeptition ID
- Tag
- UTM Campaign
- UTM Creative
- UTM Source
- UTM Term
- Promo Code
- Excluded Referrers
- Excluded Owner Referrers
- Ads Server
